Dr. Gatluak Ter Thach is a community leader and activist advocating for the rights of refugees and displaced people worldwide. He serves as an adjunct professor of Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development and lives and works in the United States of America.

His writing focuses on governance, peacebuilding, leadership accountability, and the political roots of conflict in South Sudan.
